A tailored yoga and meditation session for you, or your group. This is a holistic program that incorporates the mind, body and spirit for healing and rejuvenation.
Itinerary
You will take a short stroll to the beach and begin our morning or afternoon yoga and meditation session. We will start with a calming breathing technique, following by some hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga postures, finishing with some nourishing yin yoga postures, and a nice long deep relaxation practice. A beautiful way to start your day, your weekend, or your holiday.
