DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

The full tariff will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at Aabi’s there is no cancellation fee.  If cancelled or modified within 14 days, the full tariff will be charged.

MERCHANT FEE
Payments are accepted by credit cards, Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.
All credit / debit card payments incur a 1.3% merchant fee.
There is no fee for direct deposit payments.

RATES
Rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per room per night on a room only basis, unless specified. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any increases. All rooms are non-smoking.
Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.

• Maximum 2 adults per room – all guests must be over 18 years
• Aabi’s at Byron is an adult only retreat. We do not cater for children/babies/pets.
• Aabi’s at Byron is not suitable for group or party bookings.
• Rooms and facilities are for the use of our guests only.
• Aabi’s at Byron guesthouse and all its property is completely non smoking

NOTICE ABOUT LOSS OF GUEST’S PROPERTY
Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW).
Subject to this Part, the keeper of an inn shall be under the like liability to make good damage to property brought to the inn by or on behalf of a traveller using its facilities as is imposed on him or her by law with respect to the loss thereof.
Under the Act, an accommodation provider may be liable to make good any loss of a guest’s property in certain circumstances even though the loss is not caused by the fault of the accommodation provider, or the provider’s agent.
The strict liability of the accommodation provider under the Act –Applies only to a guest of the accommodation provider on a day when an accommodation unit is provided for the use of the guestThe amount payable in respect of the liability of the keeper of an inn to any one traveller who is a guest at the inn with respect to property that, while at the inn, is lost, whether by theft or otherwise, or damaged shall not exceed $300 or a higher amount prescribed by the regulations.Does not cover motor vehicles and things owned by the guest left in or on motor vehicles.
